We here at Belvoir have teamed up with The Outdoor Guide, and television presenter Gemma Hunt from The BBC, to give you an insight into what we get up to here at Belvoir Farm during the beautiful elderflower season, and to tell the story of our unique process.
In our first episode, you’ll meet Pev Manners, whose mother Mary created the first ever bottle of Belvoir Elderflower Cordial in the family kitchen and you’ll get to see what that very bottle looked like! We still make our cordial to the same traditional recipe to this day.
Look out for more videos over the next few weeks in the lead up to the harvest, where Gemma will be joining us in June to help pick and bring in the flowers.
