What goes in it

What goes into our bottles?

Our range of naturally delicious cordials are made using the same traditional methods. They contain masses of pressed fresh fruits, freshly-picked flowers and cooked spices so they taste deliciously real.

Elderflower

We are known for our 60 acres of organic elderflower plantations, and every year we call upon the local community to help us pick as many elderflowers as possible from our fields and from wild hedgerows. We also partner with an organisation in Hungary that specialise in hand-picking elderflowers in their National Parks.

Ginger

Our fresh root ginger is grown in China. Each plant is hand-sown and hand-picked to ensure the very best goes into our drinks.

Blackcurrant

Every berry we use is pressed within 24 hours of being picked, so it is as fresh as possible! Did you know that each blackcurrant bush takes 3 years to grow before it can be harvested? That’s a lot of love and care to get the best crop for our delicious drinks!

Cucumber

We use straight & wonky cucumbers from farmland in Kent. They gather 50 million gallons of rainwater which means they are 85% self-sufficient for water!

Apple

Our Pink Lady® Apples are hand-harvested and grown by over 13,500 small family farms in between the Alps and the Dolomite, Northern Italy. Our supplier is both FSA Gold certified and all fruits are grown to Global GAP standards.

Lemons

Our Lemon Juice is made using Lemons harvested from a family founded business in Spain. 100% of their electricity comes from renewable sources and they support the surrounding wildlife with bird boxes, nesting boxes and bee keeping to improve lemon tree pollination.

Honey

Citric Acid

Citric Acid is a weak organic acid naturally extracted from citrus fruits or, like here at Belvoir, maize crop. Although the word 'Citric Acid' doesn't sound appealing it is vital for our drinks! It helps to balance and enhance the flavour of our drinks.

Limes

Our limes come all the way from Peru, where they are hand-picked during the summer months. Our supplier grow their fruits on 3,000 hectares of land, managed in accordance with their Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification.

We're proud of our suppliers

So, carefully selected ingredients means, carefully selected suppliers!
