We here at Belvoir have teamed up with The Outdoor Guide, and television presenter Gemma Hunt from The BBC, to give you an insight into what we get up to here at Belvoir Farm during the beautiful elderflower season, and to tell the story of our unique process.
In our second episode we are out in the Vale of Belvoir showing you our beautiful organic elderflower fields. You’ll get to see what the elderflowers fields look like most of the year round, as Pev talks to us about the harvest and what those two months look like. Here at Belvoir Farm we rely on the local community to come each year and help us handpick all the elderflowers from these fields, it has a real sense of community spirit, and they get paid!
You’ll also get a sneak peak of the things we do to help the wildlife around our elderflowers, and have been doing for many years.
