Raspberry & lemon Caipirinha

Cachaça

200ml

Limes

2 chopped into wedges

Caster Sugar

5 tbsp

Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial

50ml

Soda Water

200ml

Method

1.

Put the lime wedges in a large jug with the sugar, then use a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to break them down.

2.

Pour into a cocktail shaker. Add Cachaça and Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial. Stir.

3.

Pour into gin balloon glass and top with soda water.
