Peach & Aperol Spritz

You will need…

Aperol

50ml

Belvoir Farm Non-Alcoholic Peach Bellini

to top glass

Archers or Cointreau

25ml

Peach Slices

to garnish

Mint

to garnish

Method

1.

Fill a glass with loads of ice to the top, add Aperol, garnish with slices of Peach. Top up with peach Bellini.

2.

Add either 25ml of either archers or Cointreau.

3.

Final garnish with mint
